摘要: Provided is a method for manufacturing refined fats and oils with less by-products, good taste flavor hue, reduced smoke generation. The includes: (1) carrying out an adsorption treatment of bringing into contact clay (A) at least one kind alkaline earth metal salt (B) selected from the group consisting oxide, carbonate, silicate metal; (2) subsequently deodorization resultant water vapor 180° C. or less.
