摘要: The identification of species or groups with specific oligo-nucleotides as molecular signatures is becoming increasingly popular for bacterial samples. However, it shows also great promise other small organisms that are taxonomically difficult to tract. We have devised here an algorithm aims find the optimal probes any given set sequences. program requires only a crude alignment these sequences input and optimized performance deal very large datasets. designed such position mismatches in influences selection makes provision single nucleotide outloops.
