摘要: Fiducial markers are necessary for the accurate overlay of images obtained by different methods from small areas a sample. Thus far, fiducial have been used biological sample analysis mass spectrometry imaging. In this work, spatial distributions excipient and active drug substance at surfaces tablets produced under pressures observed multimodal desorption electrospray ionization–mass (DESI-MS) imaging with two novel marker systems being to achieve ion optical images.
