摘要: In the bee, Apis mellifica, and ant, Cataglyphis bicolor, pattern modulation detection are studied by optical methods (1) as well discrimination tests using training procedure (2). Pattern modulation; The directional-intensity function measured means of light flux in a single rhabdom is characterized half-width Δ ϱ = 2.6o (Apis) resp. 7.8o (Cataglyphis). both insects, better correlation between divergence angle can be found horizontal direction (z-axis) than x- y-axes, respectively, meaning contrast transfer to more complete direction. Some evaluations an array ommatidia given for spots stripe patterns data. (2) detection; (a) Using simple antisymmetric intensity distribution, vertically presented black-and-white disk with specifically inclined line, topological central nervous representation visual field eye proved. (b) That system shown not isotropic so far middle lower part frontal most decisive detecting changes. Therefore, position-dependent weighting factors have introduced any model recognition bees. (c) head or position nearly kept constant flying high-speed cinematography during tests. receptor coordinates stabilized respect space-constant system. (d) mechanism correlating two overlapping non-overlapping areas system, where allowed rotate, cannot only principle data processing due recognition: also detected irrespective sign changes (as completely reversed). Therefore reduction information may caused generalization processes.
