摘要: In order to demonstrate the intracellular localization of peroxisome proliferator in hepatocytes, we have examined silver grains due 14C-labeled bezafibrate cultured rat hepatocytes by means light and electron microscopic radioautography. On radioautograms epoxy resin sections at each incorporation period, about 90% all were localized over cytoplasmi Then, statistical significance was evaluated on grain density cytoplasm. whole mount cells observed high voltage microscopy, cytoplasmic matrix, especially endoplasmic reticulum. From these results, it is concluded that This fact suggests than receptor should be associated with reticulum or exists Thus, demonstrated acts proliferate peroxisomes.
