摘要: ABSTRACT THE application of fast Fourier transform algorithms to the impact force a fruit falling on rigid plate was discussed. Analysis in frequency do-main indicated that there exists relationship between magnitude components and firmness parameters as given by elastic modulus or Magness-Taylor values. It found non-destructive sorting for could be accomplished based electronic processing measurement.
