摘要: A b s t r a c t. Two apple cultivars (Champion and Jonagold) were used to determine the colour of fruit skin in display conditions. The apples stored for five months then kept at shelf-life conditions an additional 15 days. each was measured six points around from blush ground colour. measurements performed with Braive 6016 colorimeter according L*a*b* system. After storage, found be stable, however, some changes components during observed. All brightness chromaticity parameters different colour, indicating red areas on this side fruit. did not change, while slight increase indicated influence shelf-conditions. could described by linear regression, multiplicative model influences time after bruising. high consists more intensive component, which is frequently reason why bruising invisible area. component decreases bruising, but increases under
