摘要: We describe, in a 61 year old man, with coexistent aortic stenosis, the anomalous origin of posterior descending artery (PDA) from stenotic left anterior (LAD) artery, as its continuation across ventricular apex, presence normally arising and atretic proximal right coronary artery. The patient underwent mechanical valve replacement triple bypass grafting made an uneventful recovery. To best our knowledge, PDA LAD apex but has never been described literature before. There is one previous case report single absent ostium. As blood supply to entire interventricular septum derived this "hyperdominant" system, stenosis can be catastrophic. A review anomalies and, particular, coexistence presented.
