摘要: The case of a mildly symptomatic 43-year-old man with evidence reversible inferior wall ischemia by radioisotope stress testing is described. Invasive catheterization showed abnormal connections between the coronary arteries and pulmonary circulation. Multidetector computed tomography elucidated previously undescribed finding posterior descending artery originating from right artery.
