摘要: Toothbrushing with toothpaste is the most widely used method of home dental care for populations Western world. The traditional role primarily cosmetic, in aiding cleaning teeth and producing fresh breath. Today, however, formulations contain ingredients which may also help oral health by way reducing plaque improving gingival/periodontal health. This article provides a short review on usefulness these chemicals when toothpastes.
