摘要: AbstractBackground: Contrast media is widely used in clinical diagnostic and interventional procedures, but may cause damage to the kidney, that is, contrast-induced nephropathy. This study was establish a dual-label time-resolved fluorescence immunoassay (TRFIA) for simultaneous determination of renal function markers cystatin-C (Cys-C) β2-microglobulin (β2-MG) early diagnosis follow-up surveillance nephropathy.Methods: A sandwich immunoassay was detect concentration Cys-C, competitive β2-MG 50 samples urine. The performance this TRFIA evaluated compared with commercial assays.Results: sensitivity Cys-C detection 1.26 ng/ml, average recovery 99.36%; 2.13 ng/ml, 100.18%.
