摘要: This paper aims to look for a model of responsibility that could work in the field nanoscience and nanotechnology. In order achieve this, methodology founded on comparison with another ‘converging science’ – so-called synthetic biology (henceforth ‘synbio’) has been chosen. The analysis is developed two ways: (a) brief summary similarities differences between synbio nanotechnology, (b) examination associated risks possible ways dealing them. presents most common governance towards new emerging technologies, i.e., pattern based three phases ‘risk assessment, risk management communication’. It also examines precautionary proactionary principles, are main principles adopted within such model, it demonstrates their limits problematic aspects, thereby showing they insufficient non-operable complete nanotechnologies synbio. Therefore, this proposes consideration meaningful contribution Report New directions.
