摘要: The impact of theta patterning the stimulation on kindling effects pentylenetetrazol (PTZ) was studied in rat hippocampus area CA1 vitro. A potential involvement adenosine A1 receptors also examined. Primed-bursts (PBs) and pulse (TPS) were used as patterned activities. Stimulus patterns applied to Schaffer collateral afferents hippocampal slices from both control PTZ-kindled rats, field excitatory postsynaptic potentials (fEPSP) population spikes (PS) simultaneously recorded stratum radiatum pyramidale, respectively. Experiments carried out presence or absence receptor antagonist CPX. following changes kindled vs. observed. PBs unable produce fEPSP LTP PS untreated slices. When CPX before PBs, elicited. selectively depressed by TPS (applied at 60 min after induction) exclusively when blocked, while failed depress PBs-exposed These findings suggest that seizing entails lasting so induction is masked due intensive release which turn prevents induce LTD epileptic network.
