摘要: Control of conventional transportation networks aims at bringing the state network (e.g., traffic flows in network) to system optimal (SO) state. This optimum is characterized by minimality social cost function, i.e., total travel time) all drivers. On other hand, drivers are assumed be rational and selfish, make their decisions route choices) optimize own costs, a user equilibrium (UE). In this paper we study SO UE future connected vehicular network, where users consider utility from data communication when making decisions.
