摘要: Abstract Sol-gel derived PZT thin films were spincoated on Corning 7059 glass substrates and fired to temperatures ranging from 500C 600C for 30 min. The compositions consisted of x/y where = 0/100, 20/80, 35/65, 53/47, 65/35, 80/20 100/0. Only single coated used since multiple coatings led higher losses. XRD was characterize the phase assembly indicated that with Zr contents contained proportionally more pyrochlore; while Ti have perovskite contents. UV-VIS spectroscopy utilized obtain transmission optical properties(refractive index extinction coefficient) via envelope method.
