摘要: Nucleic acid microarrays have recently become one of the basic techniques in study gene expression. Owing to progress field miniaturization, thousands oligonucleotides differing terms their sequences can be systematically placed on a small area solid support (usually glass). These probes are capable simultaneously interacting with large number longer nucleic acids from particular genes. microarray construction technology consists, primarily, appropriate functionalization glass surface use organofunctional silanes. Oligonucleotides known as attached functionalized using, for instance, lithography technique and, after being linked surface, they subjected hybridization complementary and labelled fragments samples unknown sequences. In this paper, we present method constructing DNA that is based microscopic slides modified epoxy functional group-containing This was aimed at optimizing production microarrays.
