摘要: The present invention is directed to a system for reliably transmitting characters encoded as audible signals using voice over Internet protocol communication systems. According an embodiment of the invention, tones within sequence encoding textual character are transmitted two data packets. first packet includes segment time having starting boundary that synchronized with start tone and extending period equal about one-half total tone. second encodes remaining half At receiving end, packets ordered according position occupied by tones. If any unpaired detected at characteristics copied into slot would have been missing packet. Accordingly, allows accurate transmission VoIP networks, even where part dropped.
