摘要: The existing housing stock plays a major role in meeting the energy efficiency targets set EU member states such as Netherlands. non-profit sector this country dominates market it represents 31% of total stock. focus paper is to examine measures that are currently applied and their effects on performance. information necessary for research drawn from monitoring system contains data about physical state performance more than 1.5 million dwellings sector. method followed based statistical modeling analysis properties regarding efficiency, general dwellings’ characteristics 757,614 households. outcomes provide insight residential Most changes regard heating domestic hot water (DHW) systems, glazing. rest building envelope elements not improved at same frequency. results show goals will be hard achieve if strategy renovation followed.
