摘要: The variation in particle size distribution for a sequence of sand samples, collected from the surface small barchanoid dune along sampling line parallel to windflow, is studied by means hyperbolic distribution. modal (or typical) value log increases linearly with distance windward foot crest dune, and falls off steeply on lee side. spread log-size distribution, locally near value, roughly constant side but decreases significantly down slip face. Two other parameters four-parameter can be considered largely constant. A comparison distributions heavy light mineral grains, based selected set showed that minerals follow different patterns. However, difference two types was virtually among samples.
