摘要: We determined brain density and ventricular measurements with computerized tomography (CT) in 33 depressed patients compared the results basal plasma cortisol its suppressibility by dexamethasone. Mean was positively related to elevated ratio (VBR). No association could be found between dexamethasone suppression test (DST) status VBR or any other CT parameter. Elevated levels increased VBRs were correlated total scores on Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale, Global Assessment Scale Bech-Rafaelsen Melancholia but they not significantly score Hamilton Anxiety Scale.
