摘要: Resume Deux series d'observations au microscope electronique a balayage ont ete entreprises afin d'observer la colonisation spontanee de muqueuse caecale du poulet exempts d'organismes pathogenes specifies (EOPS) et d'evaluer les conditions d'implantation d'une flore barriere chez le poussin conventionnel nouvellement eclos. La premiere etude permis conclure que nombre bacteries adherant augmentait avec l'âge, l'evolution morphologique quantitative des poulets EOPS semblait achevee l'âge 15 jours. deuxieme experimentation montre qu'il etait possible visualiser l'implantation comparable une d'adulte 24 heures apres traitement.
