摘要: Exergy analysis is a universal method for evaluating the rational use of energy. It can be applied to any kind energy conversion system or chemical process. An exergy identifies location, magnitude and causes thermodynamic inefficiencies enhances understanding processes in complex systems. Conventional analyses pinpoint components with high irreversibility. To overcome limitations conventional increase our knowledge about plant, advanced exergy-based are developed. These provide additional information component interactions reveal real potential improvement each constituting system, as well overall system. In this paper, industrial plant analyzed using both analyses, exergoeconomic evaluation. Some destruction unavoidable constrained by technological, physical economic limitations. Calculations related total avoidable caused supplement outcome analysis. Based on all-reaching analysis, improving boiler operation (elimination approximately 1 MW steam boiler) greatest efficiency achieved.
