摘要: Abstract The inelastic scattering of fast electrons caused by excitation atomic is considered, taking account the Bloch wave nature within crystal. It shown that interference, or contrast, produced small-angle similar to elastically scattered and plasmon electrons. result explains recent electron microscope observations contrast in crystals obtained energy analysis techniques.
