摘要: Ovarian-specific promoter (OSP) is a tissue-specific only expressed in the ovary to regulate its development. To investigate activity of OSP diverse dairy goat cells, was cloned from genome and used construct luciferase reporter vector pGL3-OSP examine transcriptional OSP. Consequently, 461-bp fragment obtained.
