摘要: Publisher Summary This chapter reviews the practical aspects of obtaining fungal and algal samples for molecular studies. Samples to be used taxonomic systematic study algae, fungi, lichens are always important, but current combination explicit phylogenetic analysis approaches in studies systematics evolutionary biology these taxa requires some special considerations approaches. Obtaining storing is a major component an exciting new assault on previously untraceable questions fungi algae. The obvious place obtain algae from culture collections where they maintained pure culture, usually with species determinations. Because services collections, inducting maintenance, expensive, costs must defrayed by user fees many cases. In addition well-known broad general holdings, there smaller or specialized found throughout world.
