摘要: Lightweight, flexible fiber-shaped devices that can be woven into wearable electronic products have received great attention in recent years. However, the bending and poor interfaces of typically lead to ineluctable performance degradation, which is still a challenge yet dealt with. Here, taking photodetector as an example, we proposed effective strategy, constructing inorganic–organic–graphene hybrid on single fiber, greatly improve performances device. In structure, ZnO nanorod array grown vertically surface Zn wire (center core) then wrapped by PVK graphene (outmost layer) two outer layers. These “soft” successfully built compact contacts between various functional layers even curved interfaces, markedly reduced contact resistance.
