摘要: Corticotropin-releasing factor (CRF)-like immunoreactivity was measured by radioimmunoassay in human organs and tumors associated with without ectopic adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) syndrome. It found to be distributed widely the stomach, pancreas, adrenal gland, various (e.g., medullary thyroid carcinoma, small cell carcinoma of lung, pheochromocytoma, adenocarcinoma gastrointestinal tract pancreas) a concentration less than one tenth that hypothalamus. Dilution curves CRF-like tissue extracts paralleled synthetic rat (human) CRF. Sephadex G-50 gel filtration showed major coeluted Results suggest material(s) closely related immunologically CRF is present normal tumor tissues outside central nervous system.
