摘要: Es ben conegut que l'alumini es potencialment neurotoxic. En els darrers anys s'ha plantejat si l'exposicio dietetica i mediambiental a podia causar toxicitat en el desenvolupament dels mamifers. Mentre esta establert pot ser un toxic per al quan s'administra parenteralment, fins fa poc no hi havia gaire inquietud les consequencies embrio/fetals derivades de la ingesta d'alumini, ja seva biodisponibilitat era considerada baixa. Aquest article resumeix resultats obtinguts investigacions recents sobre embrio/fetal l'alumini, potencial toxicologia reproductiva d'aquest element, aixi com efectes neurodesenvolupament comportament derivats durant gestacio. Finalment, tambe revisen terapies potencials protegir-se causada desenvolupament.
