摘要: Abstract To assess aluminum toxicity to the neonatal and immature rabbit, rabbits received 20 sc Al lactate injections of 0 or 400 μmol Al/kg during first month postpartum 0, 25, 100, second postpartum. Results were compared studies in which pregnant, lactating, adult comparable injections. Aluminum decreased milk consumption, but not as severely seen does receiving gestation lactation. Reduction body weight gain was greater than any group exposed at a younger age. Increased carpal joint width, suggestive poor bone calcification, observed postnatal month, other Al-exposed group. Tissue accumulation, particularly reticuloendothelial organs, kidney skeletal system, seems be most pronounced rabbits. Clearance from these tissues is extremely slow. Learning memory changes after treatment rabbits, biphasic effect (enhancement low doses, attenuation high doses) gestationally Taken together, results demonstrate prolonged effects reduced weight, impairment formation, tissue accumulation following exposure that are readily reversed with termination exposure. The show rabbit susceptible Al-induced mature behavioral toxicity.
