摘要: We demonstrate the high-power laser performance with a disordered Nd:CaYAlO4 crystal at wavelength of about 1.08m. Continuous-wave output power 5.16W is achieved diode as pump source. For first time to our knowledge, passively Q-switched obtained maximum average 2.39W, shortest pulse width 5.7ns, and highest peak 15.47kW. By spectral analysis, Nd:CaAlO4 centered propose that, by suitable tuning, should be an excellent source for helium optical pumping.
