摘要: Abstract The π- and σ-polarization laser operation in an a-cut disordered Nd: CaYAlO4 crystal were investigated. Making full use of the difference polarized fluorescence spectra, at 1080 nm π-polarization 1069 nm selected to oscillated by using a polarizing beam splitting cube. Output powers 2.45 1.52 W obtained pump power 9.8 W rotating crystal, respectively. 0.67 W output wavelength 1363 nm was also achieved based on 4F3/2-4I13/2 transition cavity mirror designed for 1.3 µm operation.
