摘要: In this paper, analytical methodologies for the global profiling of lipids in serum and tissue samples are reported. The sample preparation is based on a modified Folch extraction, analysis carried out with ultrahigh-performance liquid chromatography combined mass spectrometry (UPLC-MS). For further identification, MS(n) utilizing an LTQ-Orbitrap as detector. Such system affords determination accurate masses thus highly useful tool lipid identification. repeatability proved to be good, relative standard errors spiked being between 4.51 10.44%. throughput methodology described here over 100 day.
