摘要: Abstract The purpose of this study was to analyze a large series skin cancers in solid organ transplant recipients determine their biologic behavior. Methods A retrospective review all US with cancer reported the Israel Penn International Transplant Tumor Registry performed. Results from United States malignancies were identified (n = 2018) and assigned 1 3 groups: squamous cell (SCC), basal (BCC), or combined (BCC/SCC). Squamous ratio found be 1.9 1. extrarenal renal allograft identical for groups (3:1). median interval diagnosis greater than 4 years each group longest those isolated SCC lesions. In group, there 9% incidence nodal secondary site involvement affecting cervix, perineum, lung. highest recurrence rate demonstrated malignancy group. Cancer-specific deaths significantly higher (8%) BCC/SCC (6.8%) compared BCC (3.6%) Conclusions This experience indicates that is more common recipients. alone combination appears aggressive associated significant mortality.
