摘要: In 107 patients who died of metastatic transitional cell carcinoma, the most common sites for metastases at necropsy were lymph nodes, liver, lung, bone, and adrenal gland. Metastases first documented clinically in multiple-organ one third patients; solitary present only 9 necropsy. The mean duration survival was thirteen months from diagnosis primary tumor. lesion(s) generally evident within eleven diagnosis; death ensued usually three months. Our finding that majority presented initially with high-grade tumors suggests a lesion, regardless its clinical stage, warrants early aggressive therapy.
