Effects of Low Temperature on Winter Wheat and Cabbage Leaves

摘要: Contents of soluble proteins, proline and chlorophyll in winter wheat (Triticum aestivum cv. Dogu-88) cabbage leaves (Brassica oleracea convar. acephala) during acclimation to low temperature were investigated. When both the plants species cold acclimated, contents higher than controls (non-acclimated). Also protein patterns differed between at control conditions.
