摘要: In this work, the effects of NaCl (0, 50, 100, and 150 mM), proline 5 10 mM) + in combinations on activity polyphenol oxidase (PPO; E.C. 1.10.3.1) soluble protein content have been investigated root, stem leaf tissues bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) seedlings grown embryo culture. PPO activities were higher all treated with NaCl, those that control tissues. The was very high exposed to combination, but alone decreased contents root results suggest may play a role as an enzyme-stabilizing agent salt stress.
