摘要: Mesobuthus tamulus is an Indian red scorpion that responsible for numerous cases of stings in the subcontinent. Antivenin, vasodilators, and benzodiazepines are medications choice treatment bites. Adverse reactions such as anaphylaxis to antivenin have been infrequently described literature. We, herein, present a case 42-year-old man stung by while gardening at home India, who presented with extreme pain sting site signs cardio-toxicity. He was treated vasodilators but developed antivenin. We discuss management strategies. Anaphylaxis should be on differential during bites because classical may absent.
