摘要: Abstract Polycrystalline samples of Sr 5 RTi 3 Nb 7 O 30 , (R=La, Nd and Sm) compounds were prepared by a high-temperature solid-state reaction technique. The formation structure the checked preliminary X-ray studies. Detailed dielectric electrical properties as function frequency (1–100 kHz) temperature (150–650 K) studied. dependence constant suggests that undergo ferro–paraelectric phase transition diffuse type. Measurements conductivity suggest have negative coefficient above 373 K.
