This article describes rehabilitation 19-year-old male suffering from facial hemiatrophy left due retinoblastoma when he was 2-year-old using medically graded silicone material. technique used simple, cost effective, easy way for fabrication orbital defect prosthesis where retention achieved combination adhesives tapes, very small extent bony soft tissue undercut, hence providing better esthetic outcome. acrylic part adhered socket help two-way silicon adhesive tape.
