摘要: Most people are born with the ability to digest lactose, major carbohydrate in milk and main source of nutrition until weaning. Approximately 75% world's population loses this at some point, while others can lactose into adulthood. This review discusses lactase-persistence alleles that have arisen different populations around world, diagnosis intolerance, its symptomatology management.
