摘要: Previous studies found that ADA is present on the surface of mononuclear blood cells from healthy patients. Because expression this antigen depends upon cell type, presence plasma membrane patients with malignant hematologic diseases was studied by flow cytometry. The highest percentage in CLL, whereas lowest T-cell-derived malignancies. enzyme immortalized lines showed a similar pattern, (95% +/- 5%) SKW64 B-derived line, (15% Jurkat T-lymphoma derived cells, and intermediate (32% 8%) K562 chronic myelogenous leukemia. Double labeling ADA/CD5 ADA/CD19, as well correlation other markers, indicate might be considered novel marker for CLL.
