摘要: Summary. A method for chemical assay of small amounts adrenaline and noradrenaline in tissues is described. The catechol amines are extracted with perchloric acid. extracts passed through a cation exchange column (Dowex 50) which takes up the amines. Elution from performed by hydrochloric Estimation two eluates made fluorimetrically after oxidation rearrangement alkali. Differentiation between utilizing difference activation spectra fluoro-phores.
