摘要: Neurotoxic effect of some dithiocarbamate- and thiuram-disulphide-type chemicals as well CS2 were examined on rat brain behaviour. A significant reduction the orientation hypermotility at same time a depression subcortical EEG activity observed. The biochemical assay showed decreased re-formation norepinephrine. It is suggested that inhibition DBHenzyme may be involved in delayed psychosedative effect, but not short-term electrophysiological changes.
