摘要: The level of total protein, protein fractions, sialic acids, and hexosamines was studied in the subretinal fluid (SRF) blood patients with retinal detachment. these components SRF varied over a considerable range. A low characteristic relatively recent clinical forms detachment, following most favourable course, best response to surgery. Higher indices were found marked changes fundus oculi, gross destruction vitreous body, pathology crystalline lens, correspondingly worse As pathological develop there is parallel increase levels SRF. However, exceptions this rule indicate that process may vary. An inverse correlation between electrical sensitivity retina. comparison biochemical investigation examination suggests occurrence tears are due same degenerative processes.
