摘要: Variable DNA methylation in promoter regions has been implicated altering transcriptional regulation. The current study analyzed the evolutionary origin and pattern of one promoters Aebp2. According to results, first Aebp2 derived from retrotransposons independently primate rodent lineages. analyses revealed that this is unmethylated sperm, methylated mature oocytes, partially at embryonic day 10.5 (78.3%) 14.5 (58.3%). This also shows variable levels among adult organs, ranging highest spleen (~80%) lowest tail (~50%). results F1 hybrid interspecific crossing further indicated both alleles are equally without any allele bias, supported by its biallelic expression. Therefore, partial observed somatic tissues an outcome genome-wide resetting during implantation stage, but not inherited allelic preset gametogenesis. Taken together, mammalian adopted as promoter, which displays allelic- or non-allelic different stages development.
