摘要: Sporting rehabilitation depends essentially on anatomical and biomechanical knowledge, lesion mechanisms, the trauma or overuse pathology of sport in question. This chapter concerns early care injured athletes, specific protocols, finally return to competitive activity, considering whole psychological social sphere linking athletes their injury. We consider main lesions hand wrist as fractures, avulsion, dislocations, impingement, tendinitis affecting practicing combat sports. investigate how conservative postsurgical rehabilitation, with essential support from splints edema reduction by taping techniques, can restore athlete sporting activity soon possible, without violating healing times different tissues. The timing is that protocols found literature for finger, metacarpal, trauma, likewise immobilization, reduction, pain treatment. Athletes are allowed resume thanks also protective splints, paying special attention movements effects Treating areas a high prevalence tendon, ligament, joint capsule receptors, proprioceptive recovery necessary order obtain an optimum stability orientation wrist.
