摘要: Whereas the effect of parasites on food webs is increasingly recognised and has been extensively measured modelled, structure parasite assemblages not quantified in a similar way. Here, we apply concept decay community similarity with increasing distance, previously used for geographical, phylogenetic ontogenetic contexts, to differences trophic level (TL) based diet composition fishes. It proposed as an accurate quantitative method measure rates assemblage change function host feeding habits applied, our knowledge first time, across species marine waters. We focused suite 15 trophically-transmitted non-specific larval helminths 16 fish (1783 specimens, six orders, 14 families) different sizes TLs, gathered from same ecosystem. Not all harboured number types parasites, reflecting their ecological characteristics. Using TL body length measurements size distances, found that at both infracommunity component levels showed very clear pattern, abundance relative abundance, distance TL, but was related changes size, thus emerging main explanatory factor assemblages. Furthermore, relationships between allowed identification fishes which under- or over-estimated prediction data alone.
