Pyroelectric Properties of Potassium and Rubidium Titanyl—Arsenate Single Crystals in the Temperature Range of 4.2–300 K

摘要: The temperature dependences of the pyroelectric coefficients KTiOAsO4 and RbTiOAsO4 single crystals grown by flux crystallization have been investigated in range 4.2–300 K. With an increase temperature, superionic conductivity first arises (at T > 200 K) then 270 RbTiOAsO4. This is much higher samples polarized at = 4.2 An exponential change crystal resistivity along polar direction simultaneously observed. results measurements 4.2–200 K indicate larger values when compared with potassium rubidium titanyl-phosphate crystals. A correlation between a lattice constants isomorphic substitutions atoms for Rb P As has revealed within symmetry approach.
