Pyroelectric and optical properties of α-LiIO3 crystals

摘要: Results of pyroelectric measurements α-LiIO3 crystals at temperatures ranging from 4.2 to 300 K are presented. In the temperature range 25 coefficient is found be proportional T3. A similar dependence obtained optical studies. It shown that a rise in electric conductivity probably due ionic conduction results an experimentally determined drop coefficient. Ergebnisse von pyroelektrischen Messungen α-LiIO3-Kristallen bei Temperaturen im Bereich 4,2 bis werden vorgestellt. Im Temperaturbereich wird gefunden, das der pyroelektrische Koeffizient zu T3 ist. Bine ahnliche Abhangigkeit aus optischen Untersuchungen erhalten. Es gezeigt, ein Ansteigen elektrischen Leitfahigkeit wahrscheinlich auf Grund Ionenleitung einem experimentell bestimmten Abfall des Koeffizienten fuhrt.
