摘要: Abstract The experimental results for a temperature dependence of the pyroelectric coefficient are represented twenty different crystals in wide range. Current theories used an analytical fitting this result. It is shown that ferroelectrics γσ defined mainly by optical phonon modes comparison with linear pyroelectrics which follows T3 law due to acoustic phonon. possibility appearance ≈ T suggested Born discussed briefly. Our show such behavior indeed exists but only very imperfect and at low temperature.
